Terms & Agreement
Simple rules for using OpenHouse responsibly.
Effective Date: June 23, 2025. These terms govern access to and use of OpenHouse, including its listings, profiles, open house features, subscriptions, and related services.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your password, and notifying us of any unauthorized account use.
Platform Features and Billing
OpenHouse provides listing management, professional profiles, property discovery, open house scheduling, and optional paid subscription features.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Subscription fees, renewals, cancellations, and future fee changes are governed by the plan details shown on the platform at the time of purchase.
Content and Conduct
Listings, profiles, descriptions, and uploaded media must be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate for a professional real estate platform.
You may not upload explicit or misleading material, impersonate others, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the platform for spam or unlawful conduct.
Rights, Disclaimers, and Updates
OpenHouse and its original platform content, branding, design, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User content remains yours, but you grant the platform a license to display and use it in connection with operating and promoting the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, use of the platform is at your own risk, and liability is limited as described by applicable law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of OpenHouse after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
Disputes and Contact
These terms are intended to be governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established. Most disputes should first be addressed informally through the platform's support contact.
Questions about these terms can be directed to the OpenHouse support channel or business contact listed through the platform.
